Guaranteed Delivery Dates

During order checkout, you will be provided with the Guaranteed Delivery Dates for FedEx and USPS Express Mail shipments. If you select one of these shipping options, your Guaranteed Delivery Date will be provided on your Order Confirmation email — in addition to the Order Complete page reached at the end of your order checkout.

  • Our Policy:

    All orders shipped by FedEx air shipping or USPS Express Mail are guaranteed to be delivered, or attempted to be delivered by the delivery driver, on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date. If not, your shipping cost is refunded.

  • Availability:

    FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver, and USPS Express Mail. Guaranteed Delivery Dates do not apply to FedEx Ground, USPS First-Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail.

  • USPS Express Mail:

    Express Mail service commitments vary between one day and two days, depending on your location. To determine the exact date, please contact Sales by email: sales@drugtestsuccess.com — or call: (800) 224-7998.

  • Conditions:

    The spirit of our policy is to provide a refund on shipping costs if we or the shipping carrier make an error that results in your package not being delivered by the Guaranteed Delivery Date. On time delivery is satisfied as long as the shipping carrier attempts to deliver the package by that date. If delivery cannot be completed by that date due to circumstances outside of our's or the shipping carrier's control, a refund cannot be provided. Examples of this include: 1) The recipient provided an incorrect address or omitted necessary information, such as an apartment number. 2) The recipient was not a resident of the residential address, so the USPS mail carrier rejected Express Mail delivery. 3) Due to unsafe conditions at the residence, the FedEx driver chose not to leave the package at the doorstep, yet nobody was available to sign for it. 4) Delivery could not be completed due to an "Act of God" occurrence, such as a flood or other extreme weather condition. (If winter storms in your area are severe, it is always a good idea to check FedEx's Service Alerts page for airport closures.) Typically, our refund conditions will match the shipping carrier's conditions. However, if our error causes a late delivery, a refund on shipping costs will always be provided without question.

  • Refund Procedure:

    If your order is not delivered, or attempted to be delivered by the delivery driver, on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date, contact Customer Support to report the issue: support@drugtestsuccess.com. Once approved, refunds for shipping costs are processed immediately. For credit card refunds, please allow up to 4 business days for the credit to appear in your account. PayPal refunds should appear in your account within one day of processing. If you paid by check, we will mail your refund in the form of a check.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Merchandise

  • Returns for non-defective items are approved for up to 60 days following the day the items were originally shipped.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and foil pouches unopened.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, we will withhold our cost of shipping the order. (Shipping cost documentation is available upon request.)

  • For perishable items (items with a stamped expiration date), a 20% restocking fee will be withheld.

  • To initiate your return, contact Customer Support by email: support@drugtestsuccess.com — or call: (800) 224-7998. Please provide your name and Order Number (if available). Please also provide a brief explanation for returning the items. Upon approval, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.

  • Return unused and unopened items to: Alphatect, Inc.; 274 E Eau Gallie Blvd Ste 350; Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937. In the package, please include your name, RMA Number, Order Number, or other pertinent information that will help us to locate your original order.

  • Upon receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed immediately. For credit card refunds, please allow up to 4 business days for the credit to appear in your account. PayPal refunds should appear in your account within one day of processing. If you paid by check, we will mail your refund in the form of a check.

Return Policy for Defective Merchandise

  • To return the items, you will need a return shipping label. If you have a printer that can print shipping labels, we can send you a shipping label by email. If not, we can mail your shipping label instead. Please tell us which version you would prefer (email or mail). Exchange Policy for Defective Merchandise

Upon approval, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and will ship your replacement items, along with a return shipping label.

  • Using the original packaging (or your own packaging) and your return shipping label, return defective items to: Alphatect, Inc.; 274 E Eau Gallie Blvd Ste 350; Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937. Please include your RMA Number in the package. If we do not receive the defective items from you within three weeks of you receiving the replacement items, we will bill you for the replacement items at current website prices.
