Our Philosophy on Shipping

Our goal is to provide the fastest order processing and shipping, while satisfying a wide range of shipping needs. For low cost options, USPS First-Class averages 2 to 4 days for delivery — free for orders over $25. For time-critical orders, we guarantee on-time delivery for express delivery methods. All shipping carriers guarantee on-time delivery. Why wouldn't we?

Guaranteed Delivery Dates

During order checkout, you will be provided with the Guaranteed Delivery Dates for FedEx and USPS Express Mail shipments. If you select one of these shipping options, your Guaranteed Delivery Date will be provided on your Order Confirmation email — in addition to the Order Complete page reached at the end of your order checkout.

  • Our Policy:

    All orders shipped by FedEx air shipping or USPS Express Mail are guaranteed to be delivered, or attempted to be delivered by the delivery driver, on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date. If not, your shipping cost is refunded.

  • Availability:

    FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver, and USPS Express Mail. Guaranteed Delivery Dates do not apply to FedEx Ground, USPS First-Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail.

  • USPS Express Mail:

    Express Mail service commitments vary between one day and two days, depending on your location. To determine the exact date, please contact Sales by email: sales@drugtestsuccess.com — or call: (800) 224-7998.

  • Conditions:

    The spirit of our policy is to provide a refund on shipping costs if we or the shipping carrier make an error that results in your package not being delivered by the Guaranteed Delivery Date. On time delivery is satisfied as long as the shipping carrier attempts to deliver the package by that date. If delivery cannot be completed by that date due to circumstances outside of our's or the shipping carrier's control, a refund cannot be provided. Examples of this include: 1) The recipient provided an incorrect address or omitted necessary information, such as an apartment number. 2) The recipient was not a resident of the residential address, so the USPS mail carrier rejected Express Mail delivery. 3) Due to unsafe conditions at the residence, the FedEx driver chose not to leave the package at the doorstep, yet nobody was available to sign for it. 4) Delivery could not be completed due to an "Act of God" occurrence, such as a flood or other extreme weather condition. (If winter storms in your area are severe, it is always a good idea to check FedEx's Service Alerts page for airport closures.) Typically, our refund conditions will match the shipping carrier's conditions. However, if our error causes a late delivery, a refund on shipping costs will always be provided without question.

  • Refund Procedure:

    If your order is not delivered, or attempted to be delivered by the delivery driver, on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date, contact Customer Support to report the issue: support@drugtestsuccess.com. Once approved, refunds for shipping costs are processed immediately. For credit card refunds, please allow up to 4 business days for the credit to appear in your account. PayPal refunds should appear in your account within one day of processing. If you paid by check, we will mail your refund in the form of a check.

Estimated Delivery Dates

During order checkout, you will be provided with the Estimated Delivery Dates for USPS First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and ground shipping methods. If you select one of these shipping options, your Estimated Delivery Date will be provided on your Order Confirmation email — in addition to the Order Complete page reached at the end of your order checkout.

  • Our Policy:

    All orders shipped by USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or ground shipping methods are estimated to be delivered (or attempted to be delivered) during the Estimated Delivery Dates time range. These estimates are correct approximately 95% of the time. Consequently, 5% of the time, delivery will occur outside of the estimated range. When this occurs, no refund for shipping costs will be provided. In situations where on-time delivery is essential, we recommend FedEx air shipping methods or USPS Express Mail, which offer Guaranteed Delivery Dates rather than estimated dates.

  • Availability:

    USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Ground.

  • US Postal Service's "Expected Delivery" Days:

    On the US Postal Service's official Tracking page for your package (accessed by following the Tracking Link on your Shipping Confirmation email or from within your Customer Account), you will find that they post an Expected Delivery date for your package. We've observed that these estimates tend to be very generic, not taking into account events such as holiday delays, for instance. We feel that our Estimated Delivery Dates do tend to be more accurate, although the two sets of estimates are typically very similar.

Shipping Cutoff Times

Most orders completed before the Shipping Cutoff Time are shipped the same day. Orders completed after the Shipping Cutoff Time are shipped on the following shipping day. On rare occasions, we may cutoff shipping earlier or later than the usual time. The Estimated and Guaranteed Delivery Dates provided during order checkout will always reflect such changes and will always take precedence. Our usual Shipping Cutoff times are:

Free Shipping by USPS First-Class Mail is offered on all orders over $25, averaging 2 to 4 days for delivery (excluding Sundays and holidays).

If you created a Customer Account prior to placing your order, you can access your tracking information there by viewing your Order History. If you paid for your order with PayPal, you can also access your tracking information by logging into your PayPal account.

  • Signature Requirement:

    Typically, we do not request a signature for residential and commercial deliveries. However, with some high-dollar shipments, we may request a signature. If you would prefer to provide a signature for your package, please contact Sales by email: sales@drugtestsuccess.com — or call: (800) 224-7998.

  • PO Boxes:

    Delivery is available to PO boxes. Please note: Different post offices provide different hours of access to PO boxes. Package delivery can occur at a time of day while PO box access is not available. If this occurs, package retrieval will be postponed to the following service day. Also, remember that large packages must be retrieved at the counter during business hours. A picture ID, in addition to your package Tracking Number, is required to retrieve packages from the counter.

  • Hold for Pickup:

    With Priority Mail, you have the option to have your package held for pickup at your local post office. To request this option, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order by email: sales@drugtestsuccess.com — or call: (800) 224-7998. We will then contact you to provide the address of the post office that will hold your package and their business hours. (When placing your order, remember that your Shipping Address will determine the local post office that holds your package.) To retrieve your package from your post office, you will need to bring your package Tracking Number and a picture ID that matches the name on your package.

  • Limitations:

    For residential deliveries: To receive US Postal Service packages, you must be a resident at the Shipping Address, with regularly occurring mail. If not, the mail carrier may choose to reject delivery of the package. If you are not a resident at your Shipping Address, please provide the resident's name on Line 2 of the Shipping Address in this form: "Care of: Resident's Name".

  • Delivery Speed:

    Guaranteed in 1 or 2 Service Days, depending on your location. To determine the exact date, please contact Sales by email: sales@drugtestsuccess.com — or call: (800) 224-7998. In the meantime, the US Postal Service provides a tool on their website that can help you determine the delivery time for your package: Service Commitments. (For "From ZIP Code", enter "32937".) This tool is helpful and accurate. However, please do not rely on its results in terms of an exact Guaranteed Delivery Date, until you have verified the date with us.

  • Delivery Times:

    For most urban and suburban locations, delivery is made before 12:00 PM (your time zone). For most rural locations, remote locations, Alaska, and Hawaii, delivery is made before 5:00 PM (your time zone). The USPS Service Commitments tool mentioned above will indicate your Delivery Time range.

  • Package Tracking:

    After your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, containing your package Tracking Number and a Tracking Link. Following your Tracking Link will take you to the US Postal Service's official Tracking page for your package. If you created a Customer Account prior to placing your order, you can access your tracking information there by viewing your Order History. If you paid for your order with PayPal, you can also access your tracking information by logging into your PayPal account.

  • Signature Requirement:

    Typically, we do not request a signature for residential and commercial deliveries. However, with some high-dollar shipments, we may request a signature.     Estimated in 2 to 5 Service Days.

  • Delivery Times:

    Delivery times vary from morning to early evening.

  • Package Tracking:

    After your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from FedEx, containing your package Tracking Number and a Tracking Link. Following your Tracking Link will take you to FedEx's official Tracking page for your package. If you created a Customer Account prior to placing your order, you can access your tracking information there by viewing your Order History. If you paid for your order with PayPal, you can also access your tracking information by logging into your PayPal account.

  • Signature Requirement:

    Typically, we do not request a signature for residential deliveries. However, please note that the FedEx driver is not permitted to deposit in your mailbox. So it is important to provide a safe location for packages to be left. If conditions are not safe, the driver might choose not to leave the package. This is most likely to occur in apartment buildings, businesses, and other high-traffic locations. If this occurs, redelivery will be attempted the following weekday, for up to 2 more days. To avoid having this occur, you can arrange to have your package held at your local FedEx Service Center. (See Hold for Pickup below.)     Please note that the FedEx driver may not be familiar with your particular address, compared with the US Postal Service mail carrier, who delivers to you daily. Thus, it is important that your address is prominently displayed at your location and there is nothing that will create confusion for your driver. Also, remember that FedEx drivers are not permitted to deposit in your mailbox. So it is important to provide a safe place for packages to be left if nobody will be present to sign for the package. If conditions are not safe, this can cause issues. See Signature Requirement above in this section.

    FedEx Priority Overnight: For most locations, delivery is made before 10:30 AM (your time zone). For some rural locations, delivery is made before 5:00 PM (your time zone). FedEx 2Day and FedEx Express Saver: For all locations, delivery is made before 5:00 PM (your time zone).

  • Package Tracking:

Puerto Rico and US Territories

  • Territories Shipped To:

    American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. Please Note: During order checkout, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands are selected as States, with the country being United States.

  • Shipping Methods Available:

    USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail.

  • Delivery Times:

    Delivery times to Puerto Rico are very similar to delivery times to the Continental US, perhaps one or two days longer in some instances. Accurate delivery times to other territories will vary depending on the location.

APO, AFO, and DPO Military Addresses

We ship to most APO, AFO, and DPO US Military addresses. If you have any problems placing an order using your US Military address, please contact us.

  • Important Information and Terms:

    The national or local government for the region that your military location resides in may require an importer's license or a medical license in order to receive medical supplies from abroad. Lack of the proper licensing or documentation can result in delays or outright confiscation of your order. Please contact the relevant authorities in your location regarding licensing and documentation that may be required when importing medical devices.

    In the event that your order leaves the US by shipping carrier, but is not delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible and the order will not be refunded. If the merchandise is returned to us, we will refund the order after withholding a 20% restocking fee and our shipping costs.

    Please be aware that if your package is chosen for random inspection, delivery might be delayed.

  • Delivery Times:

    Delivery times for military addresses are difficult to predict. You will probably have a better handle on these times than we will, based on your familiarity with your location.

Order Packaging

We respect your privacy regarding order shipping and packaging. Orders are shipped and packaged discretely, in plain packaging, containing only a shipping label: consisting of the customer's name and address and our return name (Alphatect, Inc.) and address.
