We honor the following payment methods for orders shipping to the United States or Territories:

  • Credit Cards:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

  • PayPal

  • Check or Money Order

Ordering by Credit Card

This is the quickest and simplest ordering method. Orders paid by credit card are normally shipped the same day, when placed before our Shipping Cutoff Time.

  1. Add items to your Basket. Navigate to the product page for the desired product. Locate the box titled Order Online. (On mobile devices, its shortcut can be found using the Page Menu at the top of your screen.) Enter the desired quantity in the provided space and select the Add to Cart button. Repeat this step for additional items as needed.

  2. Verify the contents of your Basket. Navigate to the Basket page by selecting the Basket Button (shopping cart image) at the top-right of any page. (Adding items to Basket will also bring you to this page.) Your order contents will be displayed. From this screen, you can remove items from your order or change the quantity. When you are ready to proceed to Checkout, select one of the two following checkout options:

    • Checkout With Account. A Customer Account provides a convenient location for viewing and tracking past orders, while streamlining the ordering process by retaining your contact information. If you are a new customer, select New Customers: Create Account in order to add your new account information. If you are an existing customer, login using your email address and password. (If you've lost or forgotten your password, select Lost Password? in order to reset your password.) Once you've logged in or created a new account, you will be taken to the first Checkout step (below).

    • Checkout as Guest. If you would prefer not to create a Customer Account, choose this checkout option.

    • Note:  You can also access these Checkout options at any time by selecting the Checkout Button (closed lock image) at the top-right of any page. You can access the Customer Account section at any time by selecting the Account Button (graphic image of a person) at the top-right of any page.

  3. Checkout Step 1: Enter Ship To & Bill To Addresses. Complete the following Ship To and Bill To information: name, company (optional), address, phone number, and email address. (If you are checking out with an account, this information will be prefilled. Though you can change it here or add a new address.) Bill To information must match the information tied to the credit card used for payment. When satisfied with this information, select Continue.

  4. Checkout Step 2: Select Shipping & Payment Methods. Select your desired Shipping Method. To assist with your selection, Estimated Delivery Dates and Guaranteed Delivery Dates are provided. Select one of the following credit card Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. When satisfied with your selections, select Continue.

  5. Checkout Step 3: Finish Order. Verify your order contents here. Make any needed changes. If no changes are needed, enter requested credit card payment information. Then select Submit Order.

  6. Checkout Step 4: Order Complete. Your Order Number and order contents are displayed here. If you find any errors or omissions, please contact Sales by email: sales@drugtestsuccess.com — or call: (800) 224-7998. You will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with Tracking Information.

Ordering by PayPal

Orders paid through PayPal are normally shipped the same day, when placed before our Shipping Cutoff Time.

  1. Add items to your Basket. Navigate to the product page for the desired product. Locate the box titled Order Online. (On mobile devices, its shortcut can be found using the Page Menu at the top of your screen.) Enter the desired quantity in the provided space and select the Add to Cart button. Repeat this step for additional items as needed.

  2. Verify the contents of your Basket. Navigate to the Basket page by selecting the Basket Button (shopping cart image) at the top-right of any page. (Adding items to Basket will also bring you to this page.) Your order contents will be displayed. From this screen, you can remove items from your order or change the quantity. When you are ready to proceed, select the Checkout With PayPal button. This will take you to PayPal's website to login and verify your order.

  3. Verify PayPal information. From PayPal's website, login and verify your order information and Ship To address. PayPal allows you to store multiple Ship To addresses. So you can add addresses here or make one your Preferred Shipping Address, if you wish. You can also update your credit card on file with PayPal here. In addition, PayPal may present other payment options to you, such as PayPal Credit. When satisfied with your PayPal information, select Continue to return to our website's Checkout procedure.

    • Please Note:  From this point forward, it is important to follow every ordering prompt, through to the completion of your order. If you stray from the checkout path by selecting a different link, your PayPal order information will be lost and you will need to start over by returning to your Basket and re-selecting the Checkout With PayPal button. We're sorry about this inconvenience. It is a PayPal-initiated security element.

  4. Checkout Step 1: Enter Ship To & Bill To Addresses. This information will be prefilled, using your current information on file with PayPal. However, you can modify it here, for this order. (It will not update your PayPal account information.) Important: Please double-check your Shipping Address to make sure it is correct, especially if you have changed your address recently. When satisfied with this information, select Continue.

  5. Checkout Step 2: Select Shipping & Payment Methods. Select your desired Shipping Method. To assist with your selection, Estimated Delivery Dates and Guaranteed Delivery Dates are provided. For your Payment Method, select PayPal. When satisfied with your selections, select Continue.

    • Please Note:  If you receive a PayPal error message regarding a failed match for your Shipping Address, please return to your Basket and re-select the Checkout With PayPal button. Then from PayPal's website, make sure that this Ship To address is selected. You may need to add the address by selecting the Change option. PayPal allows you to store multiple Ship To addresses. So you can choose to make this address your Preferred Shipping Address, if you wish.

  6. Checkout Step 3: Finish Order. Verify your order contents here. Make any needed changes. (Keep in mind that if you do make changes to your order, you will likely need to return to your Basket and re-select the Checkout With PayPal button to continue.) If no changes are needed, select Submit Order.

  7. Checkout Step 4: Order Complete. Your Order Number and order contents are displayed here. If you find any errors or omissions, please contact Sales by email: sales@drugtestsuccess.com — or call: (800) 224-7998. You will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with Tracking Information. You can also track your package by logging into your PayPal account.

Ordering by Check or Money Order

Orders paid by check or money order are shipped after we receive payment. In order to ship immediately, a credit card or PayPal must be used.

  1. Add items to your Basket. Navigate to the product page for the desired product. Locate the box titled Order Online. (On mobile devices, its shortcut can be found using the Page Menu at the top of your screen.) Enter the desired quantity in the provided space and select the Add to Cart button. Repeat this step for additional items as needed.

  2. Verify the contents of your Basket. Navigate to the Basket page by selecting the Basket Button (shopping cart image) at the top-right of any page. (Adding items to Basket will also bring you to this page.) Your order contents will be displayed. From this screen, you can remove items from your order or change the quantity. When you are ready to proceed to Checkout, select one of the two following checkout options:

  7. Before exiting your Order Complete screen, record your Order Number and Order Total. (You can also find this information on your Order Confirmation email.)

  8. Supply check or money order for your Order Total amount in US funds — payable to: Alphatect, Inc.

For emailed quote requests, please include the item(s) you are interested in and the quantity desired. If you would prefer a formal quote in PDF file format, please mention that, while also including your Name and Company (if applicable). If you would prefer to have your quote mailed or faxed, please mention that, as well.
