Refunds for Non-Defective Merchandise

  • Refunds for non-defective merchandise are granted for up to 60 days following your order date.
  • To qualify for a refund, products must be unused and foil pouches unopened.
  • Please begin by notifying us that you intend to return the items. Send your email to: support@drugtestsuccess.com (including your Order Number) - or call our toll-free number: (800) 224-7998. We do not require an RMA Number. However, we can provide one to you upon request.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. For orders with free shipping, we will withhold our cost of shipping the order.
  • For items with a stamped expiration date, a 15% restocking fee will be withheld.
  • Return unused and unopened products to: Alphatect, Inc.; 274 E Eau Gallie Blvd Suite 350; Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937. We recommend using the U.S. Postal Service, adding the Delivery Confirmation option, in order to confirm delivery to us.
  • Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will issue the refund, applied to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow two to four business days for the credit to post to your account. If you paid by check, we will mail a check to you.

  • Upon approval, we will ship packaging, postage, and a return label to you for returning the defective merchandise. Or you can use your own packaging and postage instead.
  • Using the provided packaging (or your own packaging), return defective merchandise to: Alphatect, Inc.; 274 E Eau Gallie Blvd Suite 350; Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937.
  • Upon receiving the defective merchandise, we will issue a full refund, applied to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow two to four business days for the credit to post to your account. If you paid by check, we will mail a check to you.
