Payment Methods Accepted

We honor the following payment methods for orders shipping to the United States or Territories:

Ordering Online

All orders can be submitted online, regardless of your payment method. Ordering online is a simple 3-step procedure. Each step can be accessed using the red Order Online Shortcut Bar, located on the left side of all pages (or by clicking the shopping links at the top-right corner of all pages):

  1. Product List
    All products are listed on this page. Add items to your order here. (You can also add items to your order from the individual product pages. See the left navigation panel for links to the individual product pages.)
  2. Shopping Cart
    Verify the contents of your order here before proceeding to Secure Checkout. When you are ready to checkout: If paying by credit card, check, or money order, click the large, red Checkout by Credit Card, Phone, or Check button. If paying by PayPal, click the yellow Checkout with PayPal button.
  3. Secure Checkout
    Enter shipping and payment information here. You should see a closed lock in your browser's status bar or address bar. The closed lock indicates that the page contents have been encrypted to protect your sensitive information. Encryption and our SSL Server Certificate are provided by GeoTrust. To verify page encryption or view our SSL Certificate, click or double-click the closed lock. (The location of the closed lock varies depending on which browser you are using.) To confirm website identity and the validity of our SSL Certificate, click the GeoTrust Seal.

Paying by Credit Card Online

This is the quickest and simplest ordering method. Orders paid by credit card are shipped the same day, when placed before our Shipping Cutoff Time.

  1. Order online as outlined above. When prompted for Payment Method, select your preferred credit card. The credit cards we accept are shown above.

  2. When your order is complete, you will be provided with your Order Number and your order details. Please check your order details for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department.

  3. If you provided an email address during checkout, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. Please check your Order Confirmation email for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department.

  4. If you provided an email address during checkout, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is shipped. Please check your Shipping Confirmation email frequently for the Tracking Status of your package.

Paying by Credit Card by Telephone

Orders paid by credit card are shipped the same day, when placed before our Shipping Cutoff Time.

  1. Order online as outlined above. When prompted for Payment Method, select Credit Card by Phone. (If you prefer to order entirely by telephone, you can skip this step and provide all of your order details over the phone instead. If so, proceed to Step 3.)

  2. When your order is complete, you will be provided with your Order Number and your order details. Please record your Order Number and check your order details for errors or omissions.

  3. Call our toll-free number to complete your order: (800) 224-7998.

  4. If you provided us with an email address, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. Please check your Order Confirmation email for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department.

  5. If you provided us with an email address, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is shipped. Please check your Shipping Confirmation email frequently for the Tracking Status of your package.

Paying by PayPal

Orders paid by PayPal are shipped the same day, when placed before our Shipping Cutoff Time.

  1. Order online as outlined above. After you verify the contents of your order in your Shopping Cart and you are ready to checkout, be sure that you click the yellow Checkout with PayPal button (on the Shopping Cart page). This will take you to PayPal's website to login and verify your order. After verifying your order at PayPal's website, you will be returned to the Secure Checkout portion of our website. Important: From this point forward, be sure to follow every online ordering prompt, through to the completion of the order. If you stray from the checkout path by clicking on a different link, then returning, your PayPal information will be lost and you will need to start over by clicking the yellow Checkout with PayPal button again.

  2. When your order is complete, you will be provided with your Order Number and your order details. Please check your order details for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department.

  3. If you provided an email address during checkout, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. Please check your Order Confirmation email for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department.

  4. If you provided an email address during checkout, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is shipped. Please check your Shipping Confirmation email frequently for the Tracking Status of your package.

Paying by Check or Money Order

Orders paid by check or money order are shipped after we receive payment. As a result, we suggest a faster payment method, such as Credit Card or PayPal.

  1. Order online as outlined above. When prompted for Payment Method, select Check / Money Order. (If you prefer to order by telephone, you can skip this step and provide all of your order details over the phone instead. If so, proceed to Step 3 after calling in your order.)

  2. When your order is complete, you will be provided with your Order Number and your order details. Please record your Order Number and your order Total. Please check your order details for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department.

  3. If you provided an email address during checkout, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. Please check your Order Confirmation email for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department.

  4. Write check or money order in US funds for the amount that you recorded in Step 2, payable to: Alphatect, Inc.

  5. Record your Order Number on the check or money order.

  6. Mail check or money order to: Alphatect, Inc.; 274 E Eau Gallie Blvd Suite 350; Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937.

  7. If you provided an email address during checkout, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is shipped. Please check your Shipping Confirmation email frequently for the Tracking Status of your package.

For emailed quote requests, please include the item(s) you are interested in and the quantity desired. If you would prefer a formal quote in PDF file format, please mention that, while also including your First Name, Last Name, Company Name (if applicable), your preferred Quote Delivery Method (email, fax, or standard mail), and your Email Address, Fax Number, or Mailing Address (depending on your preferred Quote Delivery Method).
