The Shipping Schedule is a unique feature of our website. Displayed during the online ordering process, it reports the Guaranteed Delivery Dates for FedEx and USPS Express Mail shipments. It also reports the Estimated Delivery Dates for USPS First-Class Mail and Priority Mail shipments. It will assist you in choosing the best shipping method for your situation.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates are also a unique feature of our website. During the online ordering process, Guaranteed Delivery Dates will be displayed to you on the Shipping Schedule. When your order is complete, the Guaranteed Delivery Date for your order will appear on your Order Confirmation email - in addition to your "Order Complete" page.

- Our Policy:
- All orders shipped by FedEx or USPS Express Mail are guaranteed to arrive on the Guaranteed Delivery Date - or your shipping costs are refunded.

- FedEx 1-Day, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx 3-Day, and USPS Express Mail. Guaranteed Delivery Dates do not apply to USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail.

- USPS Express Mail:
- Express Mail service commitments vary between one day and two days, depending on your location. To find out which of the two dates is accurate, contact us by email: sales@drugtestsuccess.com - or by telephone. We will provide you with the exact Guaranteed Delivery Date. - Exceptions:
- A refund cannot be provided for shipments delayed due to an incorrect addresses provided by the customer or due to the unavailability or refusal of a customer to accept delivery or to sign for the package. A refund cannot be provided for shipments delayed due to extreme circumstances that are beyond the shipping carrier's control - including war, riots, strikes, and "acts of god" (natural disasters and extreme weather conditions).

Orders completed before the Shipping Cutoff Time are shipped the same day. Orders completed after the Shipping Cutoff Time are shipped on the following shipping day. Occasionally, we may cutoff shipping earlier or later than the expected time. These tools are helpful, but they fail to take holidays into account and can provide deceptive results. As a result, we cannot honor the results that these tools provide.

If this issue is a concern, you probably have the option of having your package held at your local FedEx service center. (See "Hold for Pickup" under FedEx heading.)

- In most cases, you have the option to have your package held at your local post office - rather than being delivered to your physical address. Keep in mind, however, that delivery might be delayed. The Guaranteed Delivery Date will be one day later than initially promised. (FedEx Hold for Pickup service is not delayed this extra day.) If available and you would like to use this option, place a normal order online - using your own Shipping Address and Billing Address and selecting USPS Express Mail shipping. - Note that the driver is not permitted to deposit in your mailbox. If nobody is present to sign for the package, the driver is not required to leave the package - and there is no way that we can require it either. In most cases, the driver will leave the package if he or she feels confident that it will be safe. But there is no way to be 100% certain. Apartments, businesses, and high traffic locations will usually require a signature. Note that the USPS Express Mail service allows us to waive the signature requirement, which we do by default. However, in very rare instances, USPS mail carriers may override the request and still require a signature. If this issue is a concern, you probably have the option of having your package held at your local FedEx service center. (See "Hold for Pickup" below.)

- Note that the FedEx driver may not be familiar with your particular address - compared to the U.S. Postal Service mail carrier who delivers to you daily. Thus it is very important that your address is prominently displayed at your location. If you force the driver to guess based on neighboring addresses, delivery may be delayed.
