Refunds for Defective Merchandise

  • Refunds for defective merchandise are granted for up to 60 days following your order date. Refunds are not granted after 60 days due to the fact that our products have finite shelf-lives stamped on the package.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are refundable for defective merchandise only.
  • We do not require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. However, we can provide one to you. Either send an email to: support@drugtestsuccess.com (including your Order Number) - or call our toll-free number: (800) 224-7998 - or our local number: (321) 773-1636.
  • We will ship packaging and postage to you for returning the defective merchandise. Or you can use your own packaging and postage instead. If so, we will reimburse your postage expenses with a check.
  • Using the provided packaging (or your own packaging), return defective merchandise to: Alphatect, Inc.; 1024 Highway A1A Suite 156; Satellite Beach, FL 32937.
  • Upon receiving the defective merchandise, we will issue a full refund. Please allow three to four business days for credits to appear on credit card statements.

Refunds for Non-Defective Merchandise

  • Refunds for non-defective merchandise are granted for up to 60 days following your order date. Refunds are not granted after 60 days due to the fact that our products have finite shelf-lives stamped on the package.
  • To qualify for a refund, products must be unused and unopened.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Return unused and unopened products to: Alphatect, Inc.; 1024 Highway A1A Suite 156; Satellite Beach, FL 32937. We recommend using the U.S. Postal Service, adding the Delivery Confirmation option in order to confirm delivery to us.
  • Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the unused and unopened products. Please allow three to four business days for credits to appear on credit card statements.

Exchanges for Defective Merchandise

  • We will ship your replacement merchandise to you, along with packaging for returning the defective merchandise. Or you can use your own packaging and postage instead. If so, we will reimburse your postage expenses with a check.

  • If we do not receive the defective merchandise from you within three weeks of you receiving the replacement merchandise, you will be billed for the replacement merchandise. If we do receive the merchandise within 60 days of you receiving the replacement merchandise, the bill will be cancelled. If received after 60 days following you receiving the replacement merchandise, the bill will still be due. This is due to the fact that our products have finite shelf-lives stamped on the package.

Exchanges for Non-Defective Merchandise

We do not exchange merchandise that is not defective. Instead, return the unwanted merchandise within 60 days, according to Refunds for Non-Defective Merchandise above. In the meantime, place a new order for the merchandise you originally intended to order: Order Online.
