Ordering online is a simple 3-step process. Each step is accessed using the Order Online Shortcut Bar, located on the left side of all pages.
1. Add to Cart:  To add items to your shopping cart.
2. View/Edit Order:  To verify the contents of your shopping cart and make any desired changes.
3. Secure Checkout:  To enter shipping and payment information. This area is protected with 128-bit encryption for your security.
Pay by Check or Money Order

1. Order online as if paying by credit card. This is necessary in order to select your preferred shipping method and to determine your order total. When prompted, select Check/Money Order as your payment method.
2. When finished with the checkout process, print or save a copy of your Sales Order. Also record your Order Number before exiting the screen.
3. Make check or money order payable to:  Alphatect, Inc.
4. Record your Order Number on the check or money order.
5. Mail check or money order to:  Alphatect, Inc.; 1024 Highway A1A Suite 156; Satellite Beach, FL 32937.
Note:  Your order will be shipped after we receive payment.

1. Order online. This is necessary in order to select your preferred shipping method and to determine your order total. When prompted, select Credit Card by Phone / Fax as your payment method.
2. When finished with the checkout process, print or save a copy of your Sales Order. Also record your Order Number before exiting the screen.
3. Fax your information to 1-321-281-9907. Include your Name, Order Number, Credit Card Number, and Expiration Date.

· Note:  If you like, you can place your order online in advance. When prompted, select Credit Card by Phone / Fax as your payment method. When finished with the checkout process, print or save a copy of your Sales Order. Also record your Order Number before exiting the screen. When you call, simply refer to your Order Number.
