International Ordering and Shipping Information

  • Your national or local government may require an importer's license or a medical license in order to receive medical supplies from abroad. Lack of the proper licensing or documentation can result in delays with your Customs Department or outright confiscation. Please contact the relevant government agencies in your country and locality for the required licensing and documentation.
  • In the event that your order enters your country but is never delivered, we cannot be held responsible and the order will not be refunded. If the merchandise is returned to us, we will refund the order - after withholding a 20% restocking fee and our shipping costs.
  • Please note that your Customs Department may choose to randomly inspect your package. If this should occur, delivery may be delayed by a few days up to a few weeks.
  • We recommend choosing Express Mail International as your preferred shipping method. Express Mail International offers tracking services for most countries - so you should become aware of any type of delivery issues.

We accept payment by the following methods:

Ordering Online

Though not required, we prefer that orders be submitted online. In doing so, we will already have your order information on file when we receive your payment - thus reducing the possibility of data entry errors. Ordering online is a simple 3-step process. Each step is accessed using the red Order Online Shortcut Bar, located on the left side of all pages:

  1. Product List
    All products are listed on this page. Add items to your order here. (You can also add items to your order on the individual product pages: Available Tests)
  2. Shopping Cart
    To verify the contents of your order and to make any desired changes.
  3. Secure Checkout
    To enter your shipping and payment information. This area of the website is protected with 256-bit encryption - the highest level of encryption available to online merchants. For details, click the Verified by GeoTrust image on the left side of any page.

Paying by Check or Money Order

Orders paid by check or money order are shipped after we receive payment and the funds become available in our bank account. This can take two or three weeks. As a result, we suggest payment by wire transfer instead.

  1. Order online as outlined above. When prompted, select Check / Money Order as your payment method.

  2. When finished with the online checkout process, you will be provided with your Order Number and your order details. Please record your Order Number and your order Total. Please check your order details for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department. If you provided an email address during online checkout, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

  3. Write check or money order in US funds for the amount that you recorded in the previous step - payable to: Alphatect, Inc.

  4. Record your Order Number on the check or money order.

  5. Mail check or money order to: Alphatect, Inc; 1024 Hwy A1A Ste 156; Satellite Beach, FL 32937; United States.

  6. If you provided an email address during online checkout, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is shipped. Please check your Shipping Confirmation email frequently for the Tracking Status of your package (Express Mail International only).

Paying by Wire Transfer

Orders paid by wire transfer are shipped once the funds become available in our bank account. This typically takes one or two business days. A $12 wire transfer fee will be added to your order total. This is a standard fee charged by our bank for executing the transaction.

  1. Order online as outlined above. When prompted, select Wire Transfer as your payment method. Although providing us with an email address is optional, we suggest doing so in order to receive your Wire Transfer Instructions by email.

  2. When finished with the online checkout process, you will be provided with your Order Number, order details, and Wire Transfer Instructions. Please record your Order Number and the Wire Transfer Instructions - or print or save the page. Please check your order details for errors or omissions. To make changes, contact our Sales Department. If you provided an email address during online checkout, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. This email will also contain your Wire Transfer Instructions.

  3. Execute the wire transfer per the Wire Transfer Instructions.

  4. Contact us to inform us that you have executed the wire transfer. This is important, as our bank might not inform us of the transfer. Either send an email to our Sales Department: sales@drugtestsuccess.com (including your Order Number) - or call: (321) 773-1636.

  5. If you provided an email address during online checkout, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is shipped. Please check your Shipping Confirmation email frequently for the Tracking Status of your package (Express Mail International only).

Include your First Name and Last Name - along with your preferred quote delivery method: email, fax, or standard mail. Also include your email address, fax number, or mailing address (depending on your preferred quote delivery method).

The below shipping rates are flat rates - meaning that your cost is the same, regardless of the size of your order. These shipping methods are discussed in greater detail below on this page.
